Doré Mangan, M.P.A.
Doré leverages her diverse background in psychology, public administration, behavior, market research, program evaluation, data collection, and data analysis, to evaluate residential and commercial programs and help solve complex behavior-based problems.
She has an M.P.A. from the University of Washington Evans School of Public Affairs, with a focus on environmental and natural resource management, as well as a B.A. in psychology with an emphasis on animal behavior, and a B.A. in business, both from the University of Puget Sound.
Doré’s considerable experience in analytical methods includes cost benefit analysis, policy analysis, program evaluation, economic analysis, and advanced statistical analysis.
At work, she thrives on collaborating with a team that passionately cares about the environment and happily “geeks out” over programs like Excel. Outside of work, you can find Doré hiking, backpacking, and paddle boarding, usually accompanied by her dog.
