Project: Evaluation of the EnVINTA One-2-Five Pilot
Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance
The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance contracted with Research Into Action in 2002 and 2003 to evaluate a pilot of the EnVINTA One-2-Five energy management program. The program uses continuous improvement methodologies to improve energy management, and, as part of our evaluation, we attended EnVINTA diagnostic sessions at five large industrial customer facilities. After attending those sessions, we conducted follow-up interviews with customers at six- and 12-month intervals in order to gauge the program's influence.
