In 2007, Research Into Action President Jane S. Peters presented a white paper to the Behavior, Energy & Climate Change Conference on "Lessons Learned After 30 Years of Process Evaluation." As well as Peters' own experience, the paper drew on interviews with 18 process evaluators, most of whom had more than 20 years of experience in the field. The paper was well received and serves as a resource for process evaluators, program designers, and program implementers.
