Project: Market Baseline Studies, Market Potential Assessments, Program Process Reviews, and Program Savings Reviews of Puget Sound Energy's Residential New Construction Programs

Puget Sound Energy

In 2013, Research Into Action is leading a team that includes Nexant to conduct a process evaluation and market baseline study for Puget Sound Energy's single-family and multifamily residential new construction programs. In addition to addressing process and baseline issues, the study includes market potential assessments for the new construction sectors. The research team will use in-depth interviews with builders and developers, trade allies, and code enforcement jurisdictions, as well as onsite data collection and building plan reviews to address the research issues. The project's results will be used to inform program process and measure changes for future program years.
