In 1997, Research Into Action participated in a summary evaluation of the New London (Wisconsin) Conservation Program, a community-based energy program sponsored jointly by the Energy Center of Wisconsin and the New London Municipal Utility. Research Into Action provided technical support to Megdal and Associates, including reviewing interview instruments, survey results, interview results, and the final report.
