In 2010, Research Into Action President Jane S. Peters served as technical consultant to Dunsky Exterprise en Enérgie (Dunsky Energy Consulting) of Montréal for a market effects study of three of Hydro-Québec's commercial and industrial programs: Building Optimization, Industrial Systems, and Efficient Products (lighting). The study had two objectives: 1) to identify effective market effects strategies, and 2) to analyze and recommend the most effective evaluation approaches for market effects programs and initiatives.
