Bonneville Power Administration
For Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), Research Into Action led a team of evaluation, measurement, and verification experts in 2010-2011 to develop an evaluation framework for BPA's custom energy-efficiency projects in light of BPA’s extensive M&V activities. The framework included activities to assure past resource acquisition activities met sector goals, assure that their activities were on track to meet goals, and inform the development of future activities to achieve BPA's goals.
