Project: First-Year Process Evaluation and Second-Year Process Evaluation and Impact Evaluability Assessment of Energy Trust of Oregon's Production Efficiency Program

Energy Trust of Oregon

In 2004 and 2005, Research Into Action conducted evaluations of Energy Trust of Oregon's Production Efficiency Program. The program targets large industrial process improvements. In 2004, we assessed the implementation of the first year of the program by examining the roles and activities of the individuals and organizations involved in program implementation, the coordination and communication among these individuals and organizations, and their experience representing the program to industrial firms. In 2005, we conducted a process evaluation and an impact evaluability assessment. The evaluations and the assessment include interviews with program staff, implementation contractors, vendors, and customers; reviews of project files and documentation; and site visits.
