Northwest Power and Conservation Council
In 2008, the Northwest Power and Conservation Council contracted with Research Into Action to compile data on measure costs and energy savings for a list of target measures. The Council used this information to compile the Sixth Pacific Northwest Power and Conservation Plan. To gather this data, we located and reviewed impact evaluations and resource assessments from public sources, utilities and other organizations.
