Project: Pulp & Paper Market Segmentation

Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance

This market segmentation study identified opportunities to engage the pulp and paper industry in continuous energy efficiency improvement. The project approach used secondary data sources to segment the pulp and paper industry. Research Into Action examined the characteristics of different pulp and paper companies to facilitate market segmentation, identified the largest manufacturing companies in the Pacific Northwest and their experience with different standards programs, and developed a list of key contacts for the largest manufacturing companies in the Pacific Northwest.
