Project: China Motor System Energy Conservation Project Process Evaluation
United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)
From 2002 to 2004, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization contracted with Jane S. Peters to provide technical assistance and training to program evaluation experts in China. Her work focused on efforts to evaluate a pilot program intended to transform the market for efficient motors in industrial facilities. She developed process evaluation questions, observed program activities onsite with the Chinese evaluation experts, and produced reports documenting the findings from the two visits.
